Most breach dumps come with a company name attached. This one didn't bother. Whoever put together the file labeled Mexico uploaded by a Telegram User simply named it after a country and let 10,510 records speak for themselves when it landed on 18-Jun-2025.

Why This Is Dangerous

Ten thousand five hundred and ten is not a small number, and when you seperate it from the vague label, what you actually have is thousands of real people's email addresses next to their actual passwords, stored with zero encryption. There's no ambiguity about what an attacker gets from this file. It's read and use data, not something that needs to be cracked first. Compare that to a hashed password database, which at least buys victims some time. Here there is no buffer at all.

What Was Exposed

  • 10,510 individual email address records
  • Passwords stored in plain, unencrypted text
  • Associated URLs pinpointing where each login was used

Why This Matters

A dump this size is big enough to be genuinely profitable for whoever is trading it, wich is exactly why it landed in a Telegram group in the first place. Scale matters to criminals running automated login attempts; the more records in one place, the more accounts they can test in a single pass across banking, email, and shopping sites without lifting a finger for each one individually.

How Stealer Logs Work

Records like these are usually collected by malware that arrives disguised as a fake browser extension update or a free tool promising something too good to pass up. Once it's installed, it doesn't ask permission again; it just reads whatever is stored in the browser, saved logins, autofill fields, cookies, and quietly ships that data out to a remote server. From there it gets bundled with thousands of other victims into one file and passed around.

Check If You Are Affected

If you have any accounts tied to this leak, or honestly any account at all, it is worth running a free check through HEROIC's scanner, which searches over 400 billion compromised records collected from breaches and stealer logs like this exact one. It takes under a minute, and if your email turns up, change the password immediately and don't reuse it anywhere else.
