In late October 2025, a Telegram user uploaded a stealer log going by the name "1.1K FRESH HOTMAIL VALID - TXT CLOUD," and inside it sat 1,160 sets of Hotmail credentials ready for anyone to grab. It might sound like a small number compared to the mega-breaches that make headlines, but for the 1,160 people wich this affects, the danger is just as real.

Why This Is Dangerous

Stealer logs like this one are prized by criminals precisely because they are fresh and often unused. Unlike an old breach that has been recycled a hundred times, a newly uploaded log can contain passwords that still work. That means an attacker could log straight into someone's Hotmail inbox, read private messages, and definately reset passwords on every other account tied to that email.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated login URLs
  • 1,160 total records exposed

Why This Matters

Email is the master key to modern life. If someone can recieve your password reset emails, they can take over your banking, shopping, and social media accounts one by one. A leak of 1,160 accounts is small in scale but the personal impact on each victim can be enormous.

How Stealer Logs Like This Get Made

A stealer log comes from malware quietly installed on a victim's computer, often through a cracked game, fake software update, or malicious email attachment. The malware watches everything typed into a browser and copies saved passwords, then quietly ships that data back to the attacker who packages it up and sells or shares it on Telegram channels like this one.
