In October 2025, a Telegram user uploaded a stealer log file labeled "2.7K FRESH HOTMAIL VALID." HEROIC analysts identified the file months later as it continued to circulate online, containing 2,765 verified Hotmail account records. Each record included an email address, a plaintext password, and the URL where the credential was captured. The word "FRESH" in the file name is a deliberate signal to buyers: these credentials were recently verified as working at the time they were stolen.
