The file contains 27,981 records pairing Hotmail email addresses with plaintext passwords and associated URLs, giving anyone who finds it a sizable batch of ready-to-use login credentials.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because the passwords in this combolist are stored in plaintext, an attacker does not need to crack or guess anything to use them.
