68 Accounts Exposed in the "2Passwords" Telegram Combolist

On July 21, 2026, HEROIC analysts found a small combolist labeled "2Passwords" circulating in a private Telegram channel. The file contained 68 records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords, along with URLs identifying the site each credential was captured from.

Why This Combolist Is Dangerous

Even though this file is small, every record in it represents a working set of credentials that an attacker can use immediately, since the passwords are stored in plaintext. The included URLs point directly to the site each login belongs to, meaning an attacker knows exactly where to try each credential first.

What Was Exposed in the "2Passwords" Leak

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs tied to each credential pair

Why Size Does Not Make This Leak Safe

A list of 68 records might sound insignificant compared to leaks with millions of entries, but the risk to each person affected is exactly the same. If your email and password are among these 68 records and you reused that password elsewhere, an attacker could use it for credential stuffing, account takeover, or identity theft, regardless of how small the original file was.

How Small Combolists Like This One Get Made and Shared

Not every combolist comes from a massive breach. Many are compiled by individuals from phishing attempts, malware infections, or scraped data, then shared in private Telegram channels regardless of size. Smaller files like this one often get combined into larger master lists over time, extending their reach well beyond the original 68 accounts.
