HEROIC analysts recently examined a stealer log file uploaded to a Telegram channel under the name "mansory 3," dated December 15, 2025. The file contains 3,870,656 exposed records, making it one of the larger stealer logs HEROIC has tracked this year. Each record pairs an email address with a plaintext password and the URL of the site it unlocks, the direct output of malware that quietly harvests saved credentials from an infected computer.

Why a Log of This Size Is Dangerous

With nearly 3.9 million credential sets in a single file, this is not a handful of stolen passwords, it is a ready-made toolkit for mass account takeover. Because each password is stored in plaintext and linked to the exact login URL it belongs to, an attacker does not need to crack anything or guess which service a credential unlocks. They can simply automate logins across millions of accounts at once.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Login URLs tied to each set of credentials

Why This Matters

At this scale, the biggest risk is credential stuffing, where criminals feed millions of leaked email and password pairs into automated tools that test them against banking sites, email providers, and online retailers. Anyone who reused a password across multiple accounts is exposed to account takeover, and if any of the affected logins connect to financial or email services, victims also face a real risk of identity theft and financial fraud.

How Stealer Logs Reach This Scale

Stealer logs are produced by malware that infects a device, often through pirated software, fake installers, or malicious downloads, and then silently copies every username, password, and cookie saved in the victim's browser. A single infected computer can leak dozens of accounts, so a log with millions of records usually means malware spread across many thousands of devices before the collected data was bundled into one file and shared or sold on Telegram. Because the credentials are pulled straight from the browser, they tend to be accurate and recently used, which is what makes stealer logs so valuable to criminals.

Check If You're Affected

With almost 4 million records in this single log alone, the odds that your information is included in a stealer log somewhere are higher than you might think. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email address against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records, so you can quickly see whether your credentials were exposed and take action before someone else uses them.
