HEROIC analysts indexed a stealer log called 420logs after a Telegram user uploaded it on March 6, 2023. The file held 6,800 credential records, and a close look at the captured URLs revealed a heavy tilt toward workplace SaaS logins, including corporate email, collaboration suites, and productivity tools. That makes 420logs a ready-made toolkit for business email compromise and intrusion.

Why This 420logs Stealer Log Is Dangerous

SaaS credentials are high value. A working password for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a CRM platform does more than expose one inbox. It grants access to customer data, invoice flows, and internal chat threads. The 6,800 records inside 420logs give attackers exactly that footprint, lifted straight from employee browsers.

What Was Exposed in 420logs

  • 6,800 plaintext credential records
  • Corporate and personal email addresses used as login IDs
  • Plaintext passwords for workplace SaaS platforms
  • URLs of SaaS dashboards, admin consoles, and business tools
  • API host references captured on infected machines

Why This Matters

For a SaaS-focused log like 420logs, the fraud playbook is clear. Attackers hijack company inboxes, spoof invoice updates, and intercept payments through business email compromise. They pivot from a single user into file shares, customer databases, and finance systems. Even if the individual user seems low risk, their workplace login can be the doorway into an entire organization.

How a Stealer Log Like 420logs Works

Employees infect their personal or work machine by running a trojanized installer, a fake document, or a malicious browser extension. Infostealer malware silently exports saved browser credentials, cookies, and autofill data, including tokens for SaaS platforms still logged in. Operators collect thousands of these outputs, bundle them into logs like 420logs, and release them to Telegram.
