What HEROIC Analysts Found

On March 25, 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a combolist file uploaded to a Telegram channel and labeled "all_hits," a name suggesting the uploader claims every credential in the file is a working login. The file contained 234 records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords and the website URLs those logins were tied to. While small compared to some leaks, every record represents a real person whose login details are now circulating publicly.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because the passwords are stored in plaintext and matched to specific site URLs, anyone who grabs the all_hits file can start testing logins immediately, with no cracking or guesswork required. A small file size does not make the data less usable, it just means fewer people are affected, and if you are one of them, the risk is exactly the same as in a much larger breach.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated website URLs

Why This Matters

Small combolists like all_hits still fuel credential stuffing, where attackers automatically try each stolen email and password pair across other websites, looking for reused passwords. If you are one of the 234 people in this leak and you have used the same password elsewhere, that account is now at risk of takeover. From there, an attacker could drain a linked bank account, hijack your email to lock you out of other services, or use your details to commit identity theft.

How Combolist Leaks Work

A combolist pairs a username or email with a password, typically written as "email:password" per line, and is usually put together from older breaches, malware infections, and prior leaks rather than a single new hack. Labels like "all_hits" are a marketing tag some uploaders use to claim every credential inside is confirmed and working, which is exactly what makes even a small file like this one worth checking seriously.
