What HEROIC Found in This Stealer Log

On August 17, 2023, a Telegram user posted a stealer log file labeled BLACKCLOUD17AUGUST. The file contained 6,245 records captured by infostealer malware from compromised devices in the United States, including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs logged during active browsing sessions. The name BLACKCLOUD17AUGUST indicates the file was timestamped to its upload date, a common practice among threat actors distributing stealer log batches on Telegram channels.
