HEROIC analysts found a dataset tied to Blogger.com showing up on July 16, 2023. The leak was small by volume, just 1,573 records, but what made it stand out was the format of the passwords. They were stored in plaintext, meaning anyone with the file could read every password directly without any decryption step.
