HEROIC analysts discovered a stealer log file tied to Bugatti Cloud that was uploaded to a Telegram channel on 12 June 2026. The file contains 45,362 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the site URL where that login was used. This is one of the larger stealer log batches HEROIC has tracked this month.

The Chained Risk Behind the Bugatti Cloud Leak

A single leaked login rarely stays a single problem. Once a password is exposed, attackers check if it unlocks other accounts belonging to the same person, since most people reuse passwords across email, banking, and shopping sites. One stolen credential can quickly chain into several compromised accounts, each one opening the door to the next.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the sites each login was used on

Why This Matters

Because these passwords are stored in plaintext, they are immediately usable in credential stuffing attacks, where automated tools test the same login across thousands of sites in minutes. A successful match leads straight to account takeover, and from there attackers often pivot into identity theft or financial fraud using saved payment details or personal information found inside the account.

How Stealer Log Malware Works

Stealer logs are produced by malware that infects a device through a fake download, cracked software, or malicious link. Once running, it quietly gathers saved browser passwords, cookies, and autofill data, then sends the haul back to the attacker. Because the malware works in the background, the victim usualy has no clue their information was taken until damage starts showing up.

Check If You Are Affected
