In May 2023, a Telegram-based threat actor uploaded the Bugatti_Cloud Bugatti_Man 17.05.part061 stealer log archive to criminal distribution channels, exposing 25,366 records containing email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs harvested directly from infected devices. If you use the same password across more than one account -- and most people do -- this breach is not an abstract news story. These are working credentials tested against real platforms right now.

Why This Is Dangerous

Password reuse transforms a single stealer log exposure into a multi-platform crisis. The Bugatti_Cloud part061 archive contains plaintext passwords -- no cracking required. Automated stuffing tools load these 25,366 email and password combinations and test them against banking sites, email providers, e-commerce platforms, and corporate VPNs in parallel. If you use the same password for your email and your bank, a single infected device is all an attacker needs to access both. The Telegram distribution model means dozens of criminal actors recieved this file simultaneously, multiplying the number of active attack campaigns.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses -- 25,366 unique records
  • Plaintext passwords captured live from browser sessions and saved credential stores
  • URLs identifying exactly which websites and services victims were authenticated to
  • Endpoint machine identifiers linking credentials to specific infected devices
  • API host data exposing application-level credentials and service access tokens

Why This Matters

The 25,366 records in this dump represent real people whose saved browser passwords were silently harvested without their knowledge. If any of those passwords are shared with a banking login, a work account, or an email inbox, the attacker now has a chain of access that extends far beyond the original infection. Victims face unauthorised financial transactions, locked email accounts, and identity theft carried out using personal information extracted from compromised inboxes. Organisations with employees in this dataset face potentail lateral movement into corporate systems through reused credentails and shared API tokens.

How Stealer Logs Work

Infostealer malware arrives on victim devices through phishing emails, trojanised software downloads, and malicious browser extensions. Once running, it silently harvests every stored credential from browser profiles -- saved passwords, active session cookies, and autofill data -- along with the URLs of every authenticated service. The stolen data is packaged into structured log files and transmitted to operator infrastructure. Bugatti_Cloud segments these into numbered archive parts like part061, distributing them through dedicated Telegram channels where the part number signals volume and build reputashun in criminal communities.
