On June 7, 2023, a Telegram user uploaded a geo-filtered infostealer log bundle labeled "C COUNTRY - 563PCS - CLOUDHEAVENLOGS" that exposed 7,584 compromised records. Released the same day as the A-Country and D-Country packs from the same operation, this C-Country bundle is the largest of the June 7 releases at 563 individual stealer log files. HEROIC's DarkHive system captured and indexed this upload as part of continuos monitoring of the CLOUDHEAVENLOGS Telegram distribution channel. If your email address was inside one of those 563 files, your plaintext password may already be in the hands of a credential buyer.

Why This Is Dangerous

Stealer log bundles like this one do not sit idle after release. Buyers on Telegram purchase these packs within hours and begin credential stuffing attacks -- automating login attempts across banking, email, and social media platforms. Because the passwords in this bundle are plaintext, there is no cracking step required. Attackers can go directly from purchase to login attempt. Victims often have no idea their credentials were compromised until an account is taken over. The C-Country geographic filter also means the credentials are pre-sorted for regional targeting, making them more valueable to attackers focused on specific markets.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses: 7,584 email addresses harvested from infected devices in the C-Country geographic zone by infostealer malware
  • Plaintext Passwords: Unencrypted passwords pulled directly from browser credential vaults on compromised machines -- no decryption needed by attackers
  • URLs: Login page URLs revealing exactly which services, platforms, and accounts were accessed from each infected device

Why This Matters

The simultaneous release of A-Country, C-Country, and D-Country packs on June 7, 2023 signals that CLOUDHEAVENLOGS operates on a batch-release schedule, flooding the market with regional credential bundles in a single day. At 563 files and 7,584 records, this C-Country pack is the heaviest of the June 7 releases. With URL data included alongside each credential pair, attackers know exactly which services to target for each stolen login. This is not a generic dump -- it is a pre-sorted, ready-to-use attack toolkit.

How Stealer Log Distribution Works

To sustain multi-region, multi-pack daily releases at this scale, CLOUDHEAVENLOGS functions as an agragator and sorter -- gathering log files from malware campaigns run by affiliated threat actors, organizing them by geographic identifiers extracted from device metadata, and packaging them for Telegram distribution. Infostealer malware like RedLine or Raccoon infects a device silently, harvests saved browser credentials, and sends the logs back to the operator. Those logs are then bundled, labeled by country or region, and sold through channels like the one that distributed this C-Country pack on June 7, 2023.
