HEROIC's DarkHive intelligence system detected the DAISY CLOUD stealer log breach on December 4, 2023, when a Telegram user uploaded a file containing 4,226 stolen records. The log follows the naming convention of the DAISY CLOUD credential distribution channel and contains email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs captured from victim machines compromised by stealer malware. The exposed data includes API host endpoints indicating active access to cloud infrastructure at the time of infection.

Why This Is Dangerous

With 4,226 records containing both plaintext passwords and the specific URLs those passwords were used on, attackers have an immediately actionable target list with no need for additional reconnaissance. Cloud infrastructure credentials are among the most valuable items captured in stealer logs because a single compromised cloud account can expose databases, file storage, email servers, and all hosted applications. Attackers who obtain these credentials can create persistent backdoor access before the legitimate account holder is even aware they were compromised.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs

Why This Matters

When a stealer log with over 4,000 plaintext credential pairs appears on Telegram, automated tooling begins testing those credentials across dozens of platforms within minutes. Users who reused thier compromised password across any other accounts face loss of access to email, banking, social media, and enterprise systems simultaneously. Organizations whose employee email addresses appear in this or any other DAISY CLOUD log should immediately force password resets on all connected systems and review access logs for signs of unauthorized logins dating back to the breach date of December 4, 2023. Thier downstream customers and partners may also face increased phishing risk if contact information was accessible through compromised accounts.

How Stealer Log Works

Stealer log malware infects devices through phishing emails, compromised software downloads, and malicious websites designed to silently install credential harvesters. Once on the machine, the malware extracts passwords from every accessible storage location: browser password managers, system credential stores, application configuration files, and active session cookies. The data is bundled into a structured log and sent to criminal infrastructure within seconds. These logs are then posted to Telegram channels like DAISY CLOUD where they are distributed freely, enabling seperate groups of attackers to independently exploit each victim's credentials across many platforms at the same time.
