In November 2025, HEROIC's dark web intelligence team tracked a stealer log dump known as SunCloudNew 1332 circulating on a Telegram channel. The file, tagged as a ULP (URL, login, password) collection, contained 54,933 records of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the site URLs each login belonged to.

Why This Dark Web Find Is a Serious Threat

ULP dumps like SunCloudNew are some of the most valuable goods traded in dark web marketplaces because they come ready to use. There is no need to crack a hash or guess a password. Every record hands an attacker a direct, working login, harvested quitely from a victim's own infected device.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the associated login pages

Why This Matters for Anyone in the Database

Dark web intelligence shows that ULP files get bought, traded, and combined with other leaked data within hours of appearing online. That fuels credential stuffing at scale, letting criminals attempt account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud across dozens of platforms using a single stolen password.

How a ULP Stealer Log Ends Up on the Dark Web

Stealer malware infects a device through phishing emails, cracked software, or fake installers. It then extracts every saved credential from the browser, organizes each one by the site it unlocks, and bundles the results into a ULP file. From there, it is packaged and dropped into Telegram channels or dark web forums, exactly where HEROIC analysts recieved this one.
