Dark web intel picked up a new listing this week: Echo Cloud, a private ULP file uploaded to Telegram on June 11, 2026, containing 126,407 sets of stolen login credentials. Smaller than some of the mega dumps making headlines lately, but no less real for the people whose data is sitting inside it.

Why This Is Dangerous

Small leaks tend to get overlooked, and that is exactly what makes them dangerous. A 126,407 record file is easy for a single attacker to work through by hand, running each login one at a time until something sticks. Nobody involved was warned about this untill it turned up on our monitoring feeds.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs linked to each account

The Echo Cloud file holds 126,407 records in total, each one a working pair of login and password tied to a specific site.

Why This Matters

From the very begining, plaintext password leaks like this one skip the step where attackers have to crack anything. They just recieve the file and start plugging credentials into login forms. If any of those passwords match ones you still use, the account tied to it could be taken over within minutes.

How Stealer Logs Work

Echo Cloud, like most ULP dumps circulating on Telegram, almost certainly began as a stealer log pulled from infected machines. Info stealing malware quietly reads saved browser credentials, formats them into a simple list of URL, username, and password combinations, and ships that list back to whoever is running the campaign. From there it gets renamed, repackaged, and dropped into private channels like the one this file came from.
