Fortuna Private: The Sixth Confirmed Fortuna Variant on October 6, 2023

The "Fortuna Private" release -- with no number suffix -- is the sixth confirmed Fortuna-branded stealer log active on October 6, 2023, contributing 14,264 US credentials to the day's already extraordinary total. The Fortuna operator family's Oct 6 presence is remarkbaly broad: FortunaPrivate (2,839), FortunaPrivate1 (4,748), FortunaPrivate 3 (55,009), FortunaPrivate 265logs (3,174), Fortuna Private 867logs (15,262), and this unnamed batch (14,264) collectively account for over 95,000 credentials -- placing the Fortuna family third among Oct 6 operators by total volume, behind only Monster Cloud (404,809 records across 29 confirmed batches) and Pubx (160,572 across two batches).

The Fortuna Naming Conventions: What They Reveal

The Fortuna family's naming variants -- "FortunaPrivate," "FortunaPrivate1," "FortunaPrivate 3," "FortunaPrivate 265logs," "Fortuna Private 867logs," and the un-suffixed "Fortuna Private" -- suggest either a single operator managing multiple release channels or a loose affiliation of operators sharing infrastructure or a brand. The inconsistency in naming format (some use "Private", some use "265logs" file-count notation, some use numbered suffixes) may indicate different team members or automated tools generating release names without a standerdized convention. The 867logs variant (15,262 records, 17.6/file) and the 265logs variant (3,174 records, 12.0/file) use file-count suffixes similar to Usmancloud and Klaus_cloud_public.

Fortuna's Oct 6 Dominance and the Day's Scale

With FortunaPrivate 3 (55,009 records) as its anchor, the Fortuna family's combined Oct 6 contribution of over 95,000 records makes it the largest non-Pubx, non-Monster Cloud operator of the day. The Oct 6 grand total, now incorporating Monster Cloud's 29 confirmed batches (404,809 records), the Fortuna family, Pubx, and a further dozen operators, exceeds 786,000 exposed US stealer log credentials -- surpasing October 7's entire confirmed total by more than 320,000 records.
