The name signals that the credentials inside were checked and confirmed to still work at the time of posting. The file contains 854 records, each combining a Hotmail email address, a plaintext password, and the login URL it was taken from.

Why This Is Dangerous

Calling the access "full" and "valid" means whoever compiled this list tested each login before sharing it, so the accounts inside are far more likely to still be active than in a random, unverified dump.
