HEROIC analysts identified a small combolist named "good" uploaded by a Telegram user in October 2025. The file contains 363 records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords, along with associated URLs. Despite its modest size, this file hands anyone who downloads it a ready-made set of working logins, no additional effort required.

What Hackers Can Do With the "good" Combolist

Because the passwords in this file are stored in plaintext, an attacker can take any email and password pair from the "good" combolist and log straight into the account referenced by the included URL. There is no decryption or cracking involved. If the person who owns that account reused the same password on their email, banking, or shopping accounts, the attacker can move through those as well, often before the victim notices anything is wrong.

What Was Exposed in the "good" File

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated URLs linking each credential to a login page

Why This Matters Even for 363 Records

A small combolist is still a functional tool for credential stuffing, where automated scripts test each stolen email and password pair against many websites in rapid succession. If your information is among these 363 records and you have reused that password anywhere, you face real risk of account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud, regardless of how small the original file appears.

How a Combolist Like "good" Gets Assembled

A combolist is a compiled file of email and password pairs, typically pulled from phishing pages, malware infections, or earlier breaches and merged into a single document. Files like this one are then labeled, sometimes with a simple word like "good," and shared or sold on Telegram for others to use in automated login attempts against popular sites.
