The Good_Magento Stealer Log Sat Quietly Before Surfacing on Telegram

HEROIC analysts trace this stealer log, titled "Good_Magento," back to an infection dated 8 March 2026. It only surfaced publicly on a Telegram channel months later, in late July. The gap between when the data was actually stolen and when it was finally shared is common in the stealer log world, and it means the 6 records inside, made up of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and login URLs, may have already been circulating privately before this public posting.

Why This Is Dangerous

A months long delay before public exposure does not make old credentials safe. If none of the accounts tied to these 6 records had their passwords changed since March, the plaintext logins are still valid today. The URLs point to what appears to be a Magento powered online store, meaning an attacker could gain direct access to store administration or customer account pages using nothing more than the email and password pair provided.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Login URLs (Magento store related endpoints)

Why This Matters

Even a small batch of 6 records can matter a great deal if one of them belongs to a store owner or administrator. Access to a Magento admin panel can expose customer order history and payment configuration, creating a path to financial fraud well beyond the individual account. And because the data has likely been sitting since March, anyone affected who has not yet changed their password has had months of unnecessary exposure.

How Stealer Logs Age Before They Go Public

Stealer logs are collected by infostealer malware that infects a device and copies saved browser passwords, autofill data, cookies, and the web addresses tied to them. Rather than being posted immediately, logs are often held, traded privately, or bundled with other stolen data before eventually being dumped publicly, in this case months after the original infection. That delay is exactly why timing matters: the longer a stolen password goes unnoticed and unchanged, the longer it remains a working key into someone's account.

Check If You Are Affected

Because this data has likely been out there since March, it is worth checking now rather than assuming time has made it irrelevant. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email address against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records, including stealer logs like this one, so you can find out if you were exposed and update your password before anyone uses it.
