In May 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a combolist labeled "562" circulating on Telegram that exposed 561 records containing email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs tied to each account. The file was uploaded directly by an individual Telegram user, a common way small batches of stolen credentials spread before wider criminal use.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because every password in this file is stored in plaintext, an attacker does not need to crack or guess anything before logging in. Paired with the URL for each account, the 561 records here hand anyone who downloads this file a ready-made list of working logins that can be tried immediately.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs linked to each account

Why This Matters

Identity theft becomes far easier once an attacker has a verified email and password combination. If any of the 561 people in this leak have reused their password elsewhere, an attacker can move from one compromised account into banking, shopping, or social media accounts, opening the door to credential stuffing, account takeover, and financial fraud.

How This Combolist Was Built

A combolist like "562" is created by pulling matching email and password pairs from smaller sources, such as phishing pages, malware infections, or older leaks, then combining them into a single file for easy distribution. Telegram remains a common channel for sharing lists like this because uploads are fast, free, and largely unmonitored.

Check If You Are Affected

If you reuse the same password across different sites, it is worth checking now. HEROIC's free breach scanner searches a database of more than 400 billion leaked records to show whether your email and credentials appear in this leak or any other, so you can change your passwords before someone else uses them.
