Origin United States
Password Type plaintext

In August 2025, HEROIC analysts uncovered a combolist file circulating under the Telegram label "Ok," containing 1,314 records of exposed United States accounts. The file included email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the sites each login pair was used on.

Why This Is Dangerous

A combolist hands an attacker a working login on a silver platter. Because the emails and passwords are stored in plain, readable text and matched to specific site URLs, there is no cracking or guessing involved. The credentials can be tested against real login pages immediately.

What Was Exposed in the "Ok" Combolist

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs linked to each set of credentials

Why This Matters

A file of 1,314 credential pairs is more than enough to fuel a credential stuffing campaign. If any of these passwords were reused across other accounts, attackers can pivot from one compromised login into email, banking, or shopping accounts, opening the door to account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud.

Inside a Combolist: How These Files Get Built

A combolist is not a single hack. It is a compilation. Threat actors and Telegram resellers pull email and password pairs from older breaches, phishing kits, and stealer malware logs, then merge them into one clean, sortable file. The result, like this 1,314 record "Ok" list, is a ready made tool that requires no technical skill to use, just a script that tries each pair against a target site.

Check If You Are Affected

Files like this one circulate quietly on Telegram until someone puts them to use. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records, so you can find out in seconds whether your credentials appear in this combolist or any other leak, and change your passwords before they are tested against your accounts.
