ULP stands for URL, Login, Password, the standard format criminals use to package stolen credentials, and this particular file contains 6,792 records of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the login URLs tied to each one.
Why the Kayat-ULP-PRIVATE Leak Is Dangerous
The ULP format exists specifically to make stolen credentials easy to use. Because each entry pairs a login with the exact website it belongs to, an attacker doesn't need to guess where a password works, they simply load the file into automated login tools and start testing.
