Researchers Discover 3,741 Linkedin.com Logins on Telegram
It surfaced the way most of these things do these days, buried in a Telegram channel that researchers monitor for exactly this kind of activity. The file, named simply "Linkedin.com," turned out to hold 3,741 records once it was pulled apart and examined, all dated October 27, 2023.
Why This Is Dangerous
The file's name doesn't mean LinkedIn itself was hacked. It means a stealer log captured saved credentials from devices where someone had a LinkedIn tab open, and the malware simply recorded whatever it found. That distinction matters, but it definately doesn't make the exposure any less real for the 3,741 people involved.
