LulzSecAsia Stealer Log Surfaces With 5,984 Records

In July 2026, HEROIC analysts found a stealer log file, labeled "LulzSecAsia," uploaded by a Telegram user. The file contains 5,984 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the URL of the login page the credentials were captured from.

Why the LulzSecAsia Leak Is Dangerous

Every password in this file was captured and shared in plaintext, so anyone who gets hold of it can log into an account right away, no cracking required. Because each record also includes the exact site the login belongs to, an attacker can quickly filter the list to target email, banking, or shopping accounts specifically.

What Was Exposed in the LulzSecAsia File

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the associated login pages

Why This Matters Even for a Smaller Leak

A dataset of 5,984 records is small compared to some breaches, but each entry is a working login pair that can be used for credential stuffing, testing stolen credentials across other sites where the same password might have been reused. That can lead directly to account takeover, financial fraud, or identity theft for anyone caught up in it, regardless of how many other people were affected.

How a Stealer Log Like LulzSecAsia Gets Created

Stealer logs come from malware planted on a victim's device that quietly copies saved browser passwords, autofill entries, and session data. That stolen information is then compiled into a file, like the one behind this LulzSecAsia leak, and shared or sold on dark web channels and Telegram groups. Because the data is pulled directly from what was saved in the browser, it tends to be current and accurate at the time of theft.
