What HEROIC Analysts Found

HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file named "mansory 3" uploaded to a Telegram channel on December 1, 2025. The file contains 5,400,068 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the website URL the login was used on, making it far larger than the typical stealer log dump, which usually holds a few hundred to a few thousand records.

Why This Is Dangerous

At more than 5.4 million records, this file gives attackers a massive, ready-to-use list of working logins. Because the passwords are stored in plaintext, no cracking or decryption is needed. Automated tools can process the entire list and attempt logins across thousands of sites in a very short time.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Website URLs tied to each login

Why This Matters

A dataset this large dramatically increases the odds that any one person's reused password ends up in the hands of an attacker. With 5.4 million records to work with, criminals can run large-scale credential stuffing campaigns against email providers, banks, and retailers, hoping that even a small percentage of matches succeed.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer logs are built from malware infections spread through pirated software, fake installers, or malicious attachments. Once active, the malware harvests every saved password and active session from a victim's browser and sends it back to the attacker. Large dumps like this one are often the combined output of many infected devices, compiled into a single file and shared on Telegram channels.
