Mansory 8 Leak: Over 2 Million Passwords Now Circulating

On December 7, 2025, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log labeled "mansory 8," uploaded by a user on a Telegram channel. The file contained 2,017,466 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the URL the login was used on, making it one of the larger individual stealer log releases HEROIC has tracked from this source.

Why This Is Dangerous

Over 2 million plaintext credentials in a single file gives attackers an enormous, ready-to-use list, with no password cracking needed before logins can be attempted. At this scale, automated attack tools can work through the entire file in a short amount of time, testing each email and password combination against dozens of other popular websites and services.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs tied to each login

Why This Matters

A leak of over 2 million credentials is exactly the kind of dataset that fuels large-scale credential stuffing attacks. Because password reuse is common, even a small percentage of matches across the 2,017,466 records here can translate into thousands of successful account takeovers, opening the door to financial fraud and identity theft for the people affected.

How Stealer Logs Work

A file this large is typically the product of infostealer malware spreading across many infected devices over time, with each infection silently sending saved browser logins back to the attacker. Criminals then merge the output from numerous infections into a single large batch, in this case labeled "mansory 8" and containing over 2 million records, before distributing it through Telegram channels or dark web marketplaces.

Check If You Are Affected

Given the scale of this leak, checking your exposure is a sensible step for almost anyone. HEROIC's free breach scanner searches more than 400 billion leaked records, including large stealer logs like this 2 million record file, to show you if your email address has been compromised. Run a free scan today and change any password that comes back as exposed.
