In November 2025, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log called "MetaCloudVipNew 353 K LINE" uploaded to Telegram by an anonymous user. The file contained 33,240 records tied to United States based accounts, each one pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the login URL it works on.

A US-Focused Leak With Real Local Impact

While stealer logs often mix victims from many countries, this file skews heavily toward United States accounts. That means the 33,240 exposed records are more likely to be tied to American banks, retailers, and email providers, the exact services most US residents use every day.

For victims, that local concentration raises the odds that a leaked password will unlock something familiar, whether that is a checking account, a major email provider, or a frequently used shopping site.

Why This Is Dangerous

Every one of these 33,240 records gives an attacker a working login with no extra effort required. The password is already in plaintext, and the URL tells the attacker exactly where to use it. There is nothing to crack or decode.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated login URLs

Why This Matters

A batch of 33,240 records is more than enough to fuel a targeted credential stuffing campaign against popular US services. Because so many people reuse the same password on multiple accounts, one leaked login can open the door to account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud that spreads well beyond the original account.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer malware infects a device through a fake download, cracked software, or a phishing attachment. Once installed, it quietly copies every saved password and autofill entry from the browser, then ships that data back to the attacker as a compressed log file.

Files like this one, labeled with a brand name to seem more legit, are then dumped on Telegram channels where buyers pick through the records looking for accounts worth targetting.
