In late April 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log dump called "Mix Fresh B4_Jx" uploaded to a Telegram channel by an anonymous user. The file contained 98 records tied to United States based accounts, including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the sites those credentials were used on. For the people in this dump, the practical result is straightforward: their accounts can now be taken over by anyone who downloads the file.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because the passwords are stored in plaintext and matched to a specific login URL, there is nothing standing between the data and an actual account takeover. An attacker does not need to crack a hash or guess a password. They can open the listed URL and log in directly with the credentials exactly as they were stolen.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the associated login sites

Why This Matters

The direct consequence of this leak is account takeover on the specific services listed in the log, but the damage does not have to stop there. If any of these 98 passwords were reused on other sites, attackers can attempt credential stuffing against email, banking, or shopping accounts tied to the same password. Once an attacker controls an email account, they can reset passwords on other services, opening the door to identity theft and financial fraud that reaches well beyond the original 98 records.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer logs come from infostealer malware that infects a device through pirated software, cracked downloads, or malicious attachments, then quietly collects saved usernames, passwords, and browsing URLs from the victim's browser. The resulting file is often shared on Telegram channels or dark web forums, exactly as happened here, handing criminals a ready-made list of accounts to try to take over.

Check If You Are Affected

Account takeover is preventable if you catch a leak before it is used against you. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email address against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records, including this stealer log. Run a search now and change any exposed passwords before someone else logs in first.
