199,573 Records Surface in the "MIX FRESH PART 4" Stealer Log

HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log titled "MIX FRESH PART 4," tracing back to a December 2022 collection date and shared on a Telegram channel. This is one of the largest individual files HEROIC has recently reviewed, containing 199,573 records made up of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs those logins belong to. The word "mix" in the name signals that these credentials were not pulled from one single website, but gathered from whatever logins happened to be saved across many infected devices.

Why This Is Dangerous

Because this is a "mix" rather than a single-site dump, the nearly 200,000 records inside likely span everything from email providers to shopping sites to social media accounts. Each record pairs a plaintext password directly with its login URL, so an attacker does not need to crack or guess anything. They can simply pick a target website out of the mix and use the matching credentials to log in immediately.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Login URLs (spanning a wide range of websites)

Why This Matters

At nearly 200,000 records, this log gives attackers a massive pool of ready-to-use logins to test across other services. Anyone whose credentials appear here faces a real risk of account takeover on the original site, plus credential stuffing on any other account where the same password was reused, including banking, email, and shopping accounts. At this scale, the potential for identity theft and financial fraud extends well beyond any single platform.

How a "Fresh" Mixed Stealer Log Gets Built

Stealer logs are produced by infostealer malware that infects a device and copies whatever is saved in the browser: passwords, autofill data, cookies, and the addresses they belong to. A "mix" log combines results from many different infected devices and many different websites into one file, and labeling it "fresh" signals to buyers that the infections are recent and the credentials are likely to still work. Reaching "part 4" also suggests this is one installment in an ongoing series of similarly large releases.
