NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL Combolist: What HEROIC Analysts Found

On 05-Jun-2026, HEROIC threat analysts identified another combolist file circulating under the name "NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL," this time containing 918 records. Each entry pairs an email address with a plaintext password and the URL of the account it unlocks. This is a separate file from other leaks sharing the same name, collected and posted by a Telegram user just weeks apart from earlier versions.

Why This Is Dangerous

With 918 ready-to-use login pairs, an attacker does not need to do any additional work before attempting to break into these accounts. The included URLs point directly to the service each credential belongs to, and because the passwords are stored in plaintext, there is nothing standing between the attacker and a successful login except whether the victim has since changed their password.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • Associated URLs

Why This Matters

Once a file like this is circulating, it becomes fuel for credential stuffing attacks, where automated tools try each of the 918 email and password pairs against other popular websites. Anyone who reused their password across multiple accounts faces a much higher risk of account takeover, and from there, identity theft or financial fraud becomes a real possibility.

How Combolists Work

A combolist takes stolen login credentials, typically gathered from previous breaches, phishing attempts, or infected devices, and compiles them into a single text file for easy distribution. Names like "NINHO PRIVATE HOTMAIL" often get reused across multiple files as new batches of credentials are collected over time, which is why different versions with different record counts and leak dates can appear under the same label.

Check If You Are Affected

If you have ever used a Hotmail-style email address with a password you still rely on today, it is worth checking whether you appear in this leak. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email against more than 400 billion leaked records, so you can find out in seconds and take action before an attacker gets there first.
