HEROIC analysts identified a combolist named "PayPal_Business uploaded by a Telegram User" that surfaced on November 25, 2025. The file contains 5,495 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and a linked URL, credentials assembled specifically around PayPal business account logins.

What Attackers Can Do With This PayPal Business List

Because this combolist is built around a specific service rather than a random mix of sites, an attacker does not need to guess where a stolen login might work, the URL field points directly to the login page it belongs to. With the email, password, and destination all in one line, and the password stored in plaintext, an attacker can attempt to log into a PayPal business account with almost no extra effort.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs linked to the accounts

Why This Matters

A combolist focused on business payment accounts carries a heightened financial risk. If an attacker can log in successfully, they may gain access to transaction history, linked bank accounts, or the ability to move funds. Beyond the direct account, credential stuffing against reused passwords can expand the damage into email, banking, and other financial services, opening the door to broader identity theft and fraud.

How Combolists Work

A combolist is a compiled file of login credentials, often organized around a specific target, in this case a PayPal-related service, rather than scattered across unrelated sites. That focus makes the list more valuable to criminals, since every entry is likely to be tried against the same type of account. This one was distributed on Telegram, and because the passwords were already in plaintext, no cracking was required before it could be used.
