The file, named PegasusClaud, contained 3,976 records including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs harvested by infostealer malware from infected devices. The data was distributed in private Telegram channels where threat actors share and trade stolen credentials.

All of this data is bundled into a structured log and sent back to the attacker's infrastructure.
The PegasusClaud file was then uploaded to Telegram, where it became immediatley available to anyone in the relevant channels. The name suggests it may have been associated with a specific malware operator or reseller who used cloud-themed branding for their stolen log bundles. Regardless of origin, the data is real, the passwords are plaintext, and the risk to affected users is ongoing.
