In June 2025, an anonymous Telegram user uploaded a stealer log file identified as InfernoLogsCloud LOGS FREE177, exposing 35,542 records containing email addresses, plaintext passwords, and URLs. This type of leak does not come from a single hacked website — it is the result of malware silently running on real people's computers, harvesting credentials as they type them. If your email address appears in this dump, your accounts may already be comprimised.

Why This Is Dangerous

Stealer logs are among the most damaging types of data leaks because the credentials they contain are harvested directly from infected devices. Unlike database breaches where passwords may be hashed, stealer logs capture credentials in plaintext at the moment they are entered. This means attackers have ready-to-use username and password combinations that work immediately — no cracking required. The InfernoLogsCloud FREE177 dump was distributed through Telegram, making it instantly accessable to thousands of bad actors at once.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs (the exact sites where credentials were stolen)

Why This Matters

When plaintext passwords are exposed alongside the URLs where they were used, attackers gain a precise map of your digital life. They know exactly which accounts to target and already have the password. If you reuse passwords across multiple sites — which most people do — a single entry in this log can cascade into account takeovers across your email, banking, social media, and more. The 35,542 people in this dump may not even know their devices were ever infected, let alone that their credentials are now circulating in criminal networks.

How Stealer Log Malware Works

Stealer malware typically arrives through phishing emails, malicious software downloads, or cracked application installers. Once installed on a victim's device, it runs silently in the background and records every credential entered into a browser or application. These credentials — along with browsing history, saved passwords, and session cookies — are packaged into log files and sold or distributed on dark web forums and Telegram channels. The InfernoLogsCloud series is one of many such operations that aggrigates and distributes these stolen credential packages to cybercriminals worldwide.
