Search Your Email: The 2409_Brazil_KRDCLOUD Log Exposed 2,054 Accounts
In July 2026, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file, labeled 2409_Brazil_KRDCLOUD, that was uploaded to a Telegram channel and exposed 2,054 records. The file was harvested directly from infected devices and contains email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs of the websites each set of credentials belongs to.
Why the KRDCLOUD Stealer Log Is Dangerous
Unlike a hashed password dump that an attacker has to crack before it becomes useful, this log stores every password in plaintext. That means anyone who gets a copy can open the file and immediately try each email, password, and matching website together, no cracking tools or extra steps required.
What Was Exposed in the KRDCLOUD Dump
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords, stored exactly as typed with no encryption
- URLs showing which website or service each login was used on
Why This Matters
Because the passwords are in plaintext and already matched to specific URLs, this data is ready-made for account takeover. If any of the 2,054 people in this log reused a password across other accounts, banking, email, or social media, an attacker can walk straight in using credential stuffing tools that automate the process across thousands of sites in minutes.
How a Telegram Stealer Log Like This Gets Made
Stealer logs come from malware, often called an "infostealer", that silently infects a computer, usually through a pirated download, fake software crack, or malicious attachment. Once running, it scrapes saved passwords, autofill data, and browser cookies, then packages everything into a file that gets sold or, as in this case, given away for free in Telegram channels used by cybercriminals.
