Our Analysts Found the Snakes_folders 682count Log Circulating on Telegram
On July 3, 2025, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log archive called Snakes_folders 682count circulating on Telegram. The file contained 34,094 records -- email addresses, plaintext passwords, and harvested URLs taken from infected endpoints by infostealer malware running silently in the background. The discovery followed routine monitoring of private Telegram channels where threat actors distribute stolen credential archives. What we found inside this particular log revealed a well-organized, large-scale harvesting operation targeting everyday internet users.
Why This Is Dangerous
The Snakes_folders log delivers ready-to-use attack material.
