HEROIC found a stealer log archive labeled DVDCLOUDFree being shared on Telegram, with data originally stolen in February 2024. The file contains 13,615 compromised credential records, each one representing a real person whose email, password, and browsing activity were silently captured by malware and handed to criminals.

Plaintext Means Your Password Is Already Known

There is no decryption standing between an attacker and your account. Every password in this leak was recorded in plaintext, exactly as you typed it. Criminals who download this file from Telegram can see your password in seconds and use it just as quickly. This is not a theoretical risk; it is an immediate threat to every account associated with the exposed credentials.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses — your primary digital identity, now in the hands of criminals who can target you with precision phishing
  • Plaintext Passwords — your exact login credentials, viewable and usable without any technical effort
  • URLs — the specific sites you were logged into, showing attackers exactly where to try your credentials

One Reused Password Can Unravel Everything

If you have ever used the same password for more than one service, this breach puts all of those accounts at risk simultaneously. Attackers use credential stuffing tools that take a single email-password pair and test it across thousands of platforms within minutes. Your bank account, your personal email, your work systems, your social media, and your cloud storage are all vulnerable the moment a shared password appears in a dump like this one.

The Malware That Stole These Credentials

Infostealer malware is the engine behind stealer logs like DVDCLOUDFree. It infects devices through compromised downloads, fake software updates, or deceptive email links. Running silently in the background, it records every password stored in your browser, captures active session cookies, and collects sensitive autofill data. The results are bundled into log files and shared across Telegram channels and underground forums, where they reach thousands of criminals within hours of being uploaded.

Check If Your Credentials Were Exposed

Do not wait to find out the hard way. HEROIC's breach scanner draws from a database of over 400 billion compromised records to check whether your email or password appeared in the DVDCLOUDFree dump or any other known leak. Search now and change your passwords immediately if you find a match.
