In July 2025, a Telegram user distributed a stealer log file known as Sun logs - SunLogsCloud 370count, exposing 11,843 sets of credentials harvested from infected devices. The data included email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the exact URLs where those passwords were used. When a stealer log like this one circulates on Telegram, it does not stay with one person. It spreads instantly across criminal networks, meaning the credentials of thousands of vicitms are simultaneously in the hands of bad actors who know exactly where to use them.

Why This Is Dangerous

The scenario this breach creates is straightforward and alarming. A cybercriminal downloads the SunLogsCloud log file, opens it, and sees your email address next to your password and the website where you use it. They do not need to guess, crack, or phish anything. They simply log in. Because the passwords in this dump are in plaintext, there is no technical barrier between a criminal and your account. This is credential theft at its most eficiant, and the data was made freely available to anyone with access to the Telegram channel.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs (the specific sites where credentials were used)

Why This Matters

When your email and password pair appears in a stealer log alongside the URL of the site you use them on, attackers have everything they need for immediate account access. If you reuse that password on other services, banking platforms, or email accounts, the damage multiplies. The 11,843 records in this dump each represent a real person who may not know their credentials are now publicly available to criminal communities. Every hour that passes without action is an hour that someone else may be using your login.

How Stealer Log Malware Works

Stealer log malware infiltrates devices through malicious email attachments, compromized software downloads, and fake browser extensions. Once active, the malware silently records every credential you type or have saved in your browser, along with the URL it belongs to. It packages this data into a log file and transmits it to the attacker's server. Operators of these malware campaigns then sort, bundle, and sell or release the logs on underground platforms including Telegram channels, where they are redistributed widely within hours.
