HEROIC analysts traced a stealer log back to admin.com after it appeared on Telegram on June 10, 2026. A Telegram user uploaded the file, which contained 578 records made up of email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs those credentials were tied to, all lifted straight from an infected device.

Why This Is Dangerous

The passwords in this log are stored in plaintext, meaning there is no encryption to break through. Anyone who downloads this file can type a password in and gain instant access to the matching account. Each entry also lists the exact URL the credential was used on, so an attacker knows precisely which login page to target with which password, no guesswork needed.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs linked to each set of credentials

Why This Matters

If any password in this log is one you have reused elsewhere, those other accounts are now vulnerable to credential stuffing, where attackers try stolen logins across banking, email, and shopping sites until one works. A hijacked email address can also be used to reset passwords on connected accounts, leading to account takeover, identity theft, and financial fraud.

How This Stealer Log Ended Up on Telegram

This kind of log starts with malware that infects a device through a malicious download, a phishing link, or cracked software. Once running, it quietly scans the browser for saved passwords and autofill data, then sends everything it finds back to whoever controls the malware. That stolen data is bundled into a log file and posted or sold in Telegram channels, exactly where HEROIC analysts found this one.
