HEROIC analysts uncovered a data breach involving The Womens Room, a now-defunct UK-based women's health information website. The leak surfaced on a prominent hacking forum in late August 2018, exposing 4,779 records containing email addresses and plaintext passwords. Because passwords were stored in unencrypted form, every affected user faces an immediate risk of account takeover on any platform where those credentials were reused.
