In July 2025, a Telegram user uploaded a stealer log package labeled TXT Cloud LOGS_199PCS, exposing 10,859 compromised records harvested from 199 infected devices. The dataset included plaintext passwords, email addresses, and URLs capturing the specific services each victim was authenticated to at the moment of infection. HEROIC analysts verified the breach and indexed it in the dark web monitoring database on April 18, 2026. The US-based distribution channel and naming convention indicate this was a regionally targeted operation aimed at English-speaking victims.

Why This Is Dangerous

Unlike breach dumps stolen from corporate databases, stealer log data is collected in real time from individual machines. The credentials in TXT Cloud LOGS_199PCS were active and in use at the exact moment they were captured. There is no encryption to beleive will create any delay for attackers. Every plaintext password in this file is immediately ready to test against its paired email across thousands of platforms. With 10,859 working credential sets available, a single attacker can run fully automated credential stuffing campaigns against email providers, banking portals, and workplace systems in the time it takes to download the file.

What Was Exposed

HEROIC confirmed the following data types were present across the TXT Cloud LOGS_199PCS package:

  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs (active service endpoints and web platforms visited from each infected device)

Why This Matters

This data was distributed in July 2025 and remains actively circulating across dark web forums and Telegram channels. US-based victims are particularly at risk because the attack infrastructure and distribution channels in this operation were oriented toward English-speaking targets, making follow-on fraud easier to execute. Anyone whose credentials appeared in this package who has not changed their passwords since July 2025 is still fully exposed. Those who definately reuse the same password across multiple accounts face compounded risk, since a single stolen credential can cascade into access across email, banking, and subscription services simultaneously.

How Stealer Logs Work

The TXT Cloud LOGS_199PCS name indicates a bundle of 199 seperate log files, each representing a distinct infected device. Each infection began when infostealer malware was installed through a phishing email, a fake software download, or a malicious browser extension. Once active, the malware silently extracted saved browser passwords, captured active session cookies, and logged every URL the victim visited. Each resulting log file was transmitted to the attacker's infrastructure and then bundled into the final LOGS_199PCS package for distribution on Telegram. Victims had no visible indication their devices had been compromised.
