USA Part2 32 Stealer Log: 133,104 Records Exposed

On 14-Jan-2023, HEROIC analysts identified a stealer log file named "USA Part2 32" uploaded by a Telegram user in a channel used to trade stolen login data. The file contained 133,104 records, each pairing an email address with a plaintext password and the URL of the site the login was captured on, making it one of the larger US-focused dumps HEROIC has catalogued from this source.

Why This Stealer Log Is Dangerous

A file of this size gives an attacker a huge volume of ready-to-use logins in one place. Each record already includes the exact site the email and password combination belongs to, so there is no guessing involved, and because the passwords were captured in plaintext, there is no encryption to work around either. With 133,104 records to draw from, an attacker has plenty of accounts to try before moving on to the next one.

What Was Exposed

  • Email addresses
  • Plaintext passwords
  • URLs of the sites the credentials were used on

Why This Matters

With this many working login pairs available, attackers can run large-scale credential stuffing campaigns, automatically testing each email and password combination against banking, email, and shopping platforms to find accounts where the same password was reused. Anyone in this file who has not changed the exposed password since 2023 remains at risk of account takeover today, since older stealer log data continues to circulate and get reused long after it first leaked.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer logs are built by malware that infects a victim's device and quietly harvests saved browser logins, passwords, and the sites they belong to. That stolen data is compiled into a file like this one, often labeled by region and volume, and distributed through Telegram channels and dark web marketplaces where other criminals can buy or trade access to it.

Check If You Are Affected

Given how long stealer log data can keep circulating, it is worth checking your exposure directly rather than assuming an old leak no longer matters. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks your email against a database of more than 400 billion leaked records, including stealer logs like this one, so you can quickly confirm whether you were affected and update any passwords that are still at risk.
