In August 2018, Flagpick.jp, a now-defunct Japanese community platform and blog aimed at parents, suffered a data breach involving more than 15,000 records. The exposed data included over 6000 unique email addresses and plaintext passwords. The compromised information was later shared on a popular hacking forum.
