While sweeping Telegram channels used to trade stolen data, HEROIC analysts located a stealer log uploaded on March 6, 2023, tagged as "333 uploaded by a Telegram User." The file held 5,549 records harvested from malware-infected endpoints, including email addresses, plaintext passwords, and the URLs where each credential works. The discovery adds another confirmed source to the massive pool of active, usable credentials circulating through underground channels.

Why the 333 Telegram Stealer Log Is Dangerous

Stealer logs differ from typical breaches because the data was taken straight from victim browsers, not from a hashed server database. Everything inside is already cleartext and matched to a specific service. For attackers, that shortcut compresses the attack chain from days to minutes, and for victims it eliminates the protection that hashing normally provides.

What Was Exposed in the 333 Telegram Log

  • Email addresses used on live services
  • Plaintext passwords pulled from browser storage
  • URLs mapping every credential to its destination site

Why This Matters for the 5,549 Affected Users

An attacker with this log can run credential stuffing attacks, take over primary email accounts, reset passwords on financial platforms, and commit identity fraud without any additional tools. Reused passwords turn a single exposed credential into a keychain, which is why stealer logs drive a disproportionate share of real-world account takeovers.

How a Stealer Log Like the 333 Dump Is Produced

Infostealer malware arrives through cracked software, fake updaters, malicious browser extensions, and ads leading to trojanized downloads. Once installed, the malware reads saved browser credentials, cookies, autofill data, and crypto wallet files in seconds, then ships them to its operator. Operators slice the haul into logs, rename them, and post to Telegram channels where any buyer can grab them, which is how HEROIC found this one.
