In March 2023, a Telegram user uploaded a stealer log file that quietly pushed 93 Amazon customer records into the open. The dump contained email addresses, plaintext passwords, URLs, and API host details pulled straight from infected endpoints. Ninety-three records sounds small, but for the people on that list the consequences are very real and very personal.

Why This Amazon Stealer Log Is Dangerous

Stealer logs are harvested by malware running on a victim's own device, which means the credentials inside are accurate, fresh, and tied to a live session. When Amazon logins are in that pile, attackers gain a straight shot at payment methods, shipping addresses, order history, and linked services like Prime Video, AWS, and Kindle. Identity theft becomes trivial because every data point an attacker needs to impersonate the victim is already in the file.

What Was Exposed in the Amazon Stealer Log Dump

  • 93 unique Amazon account records
  • Email addresses tied to each account
  • Plaintext passwords with no hashing or encryption
  • URLs capturing the exact login endpoints
  • API host details from infected machines

Why This Matters

Most people reuse passwords. When a plaintext Amazon password leaks, the same string is often the key to Gmail, PayPal, and a bank login. Attackers run credential stuffing tools within hours of a dump appearing, and stealer logs like this one are the raw fuel for that process. If your email sits inside this file, the damage can cascade across every service tied to that address.

How a Stealer Log Like the Amazon Dump Works

A victim installs cracked software, clicks a phishing link, or runs a rogue browser extension. Info-stealer malware silently copies saved logins, cookies, autofill data, and session tokens, then sends the package to the attacker. The attacker sells or uploads the logs to Telegram channels and dark web markets, where other criminals pick them up for account takeover, fraud, and extortion.
