Not every leak is small. On 05-Dec-2025, a Telegram user uploaded a file called "Free_ULP_10.905.045 kk," and once HEROIC's team cross checked it, the confirmed count came out to 8,274,356 records of emails, plaintext passwords, and URLs. That is millions of individual people whose login details are now sitting in the hands of whoever downloaded the file.

Why This Is Dangerous

With a file this large, attackers don't need to target anyone specifically, they can run automated tools across all 8,274,356 entries and let the software figure out wich accounts still work. This is sometimes called credential stuffing, and it turns a single leaked file into millions of automated login attempts across banking sites, email providers, and online stores.

What Was Exposed

  • 8,274,356 total records confirmed exposed
  • Email Addresses
  • Plaintext Passwords
  • URLs matched to each set of credentials

Why This Matters

At this scale, the damage isn't theoretical, it's definately already happening to someone. Large ULP files like this one are prized by fraud rings because they let attackers pick and choose targets, testing which accounts have money, loyalty points, or personal data worth stealing. Even if your specific account isn't touched today, it could be next month, since these files get resold for months or years after they first occured.

How Stealer Logs Work

Stealer logs like this one come from malware planted on victims' devices, usually through cracked software, fake browser updates, or malicious email attachments. The malware quietly reads saved passwords and autofill data straight out of the browser, then ships everything back to the attacker's server. Once enough logs pile up, they get merged into massive combined files exactly like this 8.2 million record dump.

Check If You Are Affected

With millions of records in play, the odds that your email is somewhere in this file are higher than you might think. HEROIC's free breach scanner checks against more than 400 billion leaked records, giving you a fast, no cost way to see if your information is exposed.
