Every sustained stealer log campaign has a defining event -- an upload that reveals the full scale of the operation in a single distribution. For the DaisyCloud campaign, that event was the massive July 2024 upload containing 132,246 plaintext endpoint credentials. First, bulk aggregation: the operator may have consolidated multiple smaller log files from an extended collection period into a single large archive before distributing. The file identifier "4854_ON_CHANNEL" suggests a high batch number, consistent with accumulated session-by-session stealer outputs being aggregated. Second, expanded infection pool: the July campaign may have successfully deployed malware to a much larger number of endpoints than previous phases, yielding a dramatically larger harvest. Third, operator decision: some operators intentionally hold back large collections and release them in bulk to create high-impact events that draw attention to their channel, increasing subscriber counts and reputation in the stealer log ecosytem.
