HEROIC analysts opened a Telegram file named 00.All-Passwords-Raw, dated November 2025, and found 1,579 unedited records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords and the web pages those passwords unlock. Unlike a cleaned up list, a raw file like this has not been filtered or verified, which means even entries that look messy can still contain a working login. Scanning your email is the quickest way to check.

Raw Means Untouched, Not Harmless

Calling a file raw simply means nobody has sorted or cleaned it before sharing it further. That does not make it less dangerous. Attackers often prefer raw files because they can run their own filtering and testing tools against the whole batch without missing anything a previous owner might have removed.

What This Raw File Contains

  • Email Addresses: give an attacker a target for phishing messages or account recovery attempts.
  • Plaintext Passwords: appear exactly as typed, so there is no decoding step before a login can be attempted.
  • URLs: show which service each password pair belongs to, cutting out any guesswork.

Why an Unfiltered File Still Puts You at Risk

Because nothing in a raw file has been checked, it can include current, working credentials sitting right next to old ones. Anyone whose password appears here faces the same risk as in a cleaned list: account takeover, a hijacked inbox, or a locked out account if the password was reused anywhere else.

From Infected Devices to a Shared File

A combolist like this is usually put together from many smaller sources of stolen logins and combined into one place before being shared. It does not point to a single company being hacked. It is simply a raw batch of credentials someone is testing to see what still works.

Is Your Email Inside the 00.All-Passwords-Raw File?

Get a direct answer by choosing to scan your email now. If you find a match, change that password immediately, and update it anywhere you reused it, since a raw file spreads just as easily as a cleaned one. Check both your personal and work email addresses to be sure.
