In June 2026, HEROIC's monitoring systems detected a stealer log file labeled "HolyCloud Private 146" on Telegram. The dump is enormous—containing 1,195,465 individual credential records, each combining an email address with a plaintext password and the URL where the credential was originally entered. All records were harvested from infected devices by infostealer malware.

Nearly 1.2 Million Passwords in Plain Text

Every single one of the 1,195,465 passwords in this dump is stored without any form of encryption or hashing. Attackers do not need specialized tools or computing power to use them—they can read each password directly and begin accessing accounts immediately. At this scale, the potential for widespread account compromise is severe.

What Was Exposed

  • Email Addresses – Over 1.1 million unique email identifiers linked to real user accounts
  • Plaintext Passwords – Unencrypted credentials that can be used without any cracking effort
  • URLs – The login pages and web applications where each credential was captured

Credential Stuffing With Over a Million Ammunition Rounds

A dump containing nearly 1.2 million credential pairs is a goldmine for automated credential stuffing attacks. Threat actors load these records into bots that systematically test each combination against banking sites, email providers, streaming platforms, corporate VPNs, and more. The sheer volume means even a low success rate translates to thousands of compromised accounts across many different services.

The HolyCloud Stealer Operation

HolyCloud is a known stealer log distribution channel that regularly uploads massive credential collections to Telegram. The data originates from infostealer malware infections—trojans like RedLine, Lumma, and Vidar that spread through phishing emails, malicious ads, and trojanized software downloads. Once a device is infected, the malware systematically extracts browser-saved passwords, session cookies, autofill data, and cryptocurrency wallet information, then transmits it all to the operator for packaging and distribution.

Check If Your Credentials Were Exposed

With nearly 1.2 million records in a single dump, the likelihood of your credentials being included is higher than you might think. HEROIC's breach scanner indexes over 400 billion compromised records from thousands of breaches and stealer log collections. Enter your email address to check whether your credentials appear in the HolyCloud Private 146 dump or any other breach in the HEROIC database.
