300 Filmora Hits By white0storme uploaded by a Telegram User: 498 Exposed
HEROIC analysts found a combolist titled "300 Filmora Hits By white0storme," uploaded to a Telegram channel on December 13, 2022, that surfaced again in our monitoring feeds. The file contains 498 records pairing email addresses with plaintext passwords, confirmed by the uploader to work on Filmora accounts, plus the URLs needed to log in.
What Attackers Can Do With These 498 Accounts
Because the uploader labeled these as "hits," meaning the credentials were tested and confirmed to work, an attacker can log straight into each Filmora account without guessing or cracking anything. From there, they can access any payment details, personal information, or licensed software tied to the account, and if the victim reused that same email and password elsewhere, the attacker can try the same login on banking, email, or social media sites too.
What Was Exposed
- Email addresses
- Plaintext passwords
- Account login URLs
Why This Matters
Even a small list of 498 accounts can do real damage, especially when every entry has already been confirmed to work. Password reuse is the biggest risk here: if you used the same email and password for Filmora as you did for other accounts, this leak could open the door to those too. Attackers exploit lists like this for credential stuffing, account takeover, and identity theft, often moving fast because they know the credentials are current.
How Combolists Work
A combolist pairs usernames or email addresses with matching passwords, and a "hits" list goes a step further by confirming which of those pairs actually work on a specific site. Criminals build these lists by running large batches of stolen credentials through automated checker tools that test each login one by one, then keep only the pairs that succeed, which is exactly what happened with this Filmora list.
